Simple Cinnamon Christmas Cookies

INGREDIENTS: 300g of Plain Flour, 300g of Self Raising Flour, 200g of Sugar, 4 Teaspoons of Cinnamon, 250g of Butter, Optional Orange Zest, 2 Large Free Range Eggs.
