Baking: Giant Milk and White Chocolate Cookies

Oh I do enjoy a good bake! Especially when it is a successful bake. These giant white and milk chocolate cookies I made the other week were a big hit with my family and friends. So here is the very easy peasy recipe that is completely customisable. If you are not in the mood for chocolate then you could always use dried fruit, nuts or just enjoy them plain.

Ingredients:
200g of Butter
300g of  Caster Sugar
1 Large Free Range Egg
A Couple of Drops of Vanilla Essence.
325g of Self Raising Flour
2 Bags of White and Milk Chocolate Buttons.

Method:
01. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius, Gas Mark 6.
02. Mix the Sugar and Butter in a Large Bowl.
03. Add in the Egg and a few Drops of Vanilla Essence.
05. Next add in the Self  Raising Flour.
06. Then add the Chocolate Buttons and mix
05. Pick up small handfuls of dough and place onto a greased baking tray.
06. Make sure to spread them out as they tend to spread out a fair bit.
07. Pop in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
08. Then leave them to cool for 25 - 30 minutes (They will harden as the cool).

Now enjoy with a large mug of tea!
